You're certainly not the first to request it, but it would be a big change to the way the LotusScript execution environment is organized, so it's not likely to happen.

People have gotten very used to using Notes environment variables and profile documents for this sort of thing -- or setting fields from one window to another by using the new window's NotesUIDocument handle.
